Veterinary Gamgee is an essential item for any horse owner's first aid kit. It consists of a thick layer of superior quality absorbent cotton enclosed in a soft, gentle non-woven cover, which minimises disruption to the wound. Veterinary Gamgee provides warmth and padded protection to the wound site, while also insulating and cushioning it from external trauma. It is highly absorbent and can be used as a secondary wound dressing, or for general swabbing. Veterinary Gamgee is available in 500g rolls and comes in either 30cm/12 inches or 45cm/18 inches widths. It can also be autoclave sterilised.
