, Vet-Strider Equine Poultice Boot is a reusable, robust hoof protection designed to help treat a wide variety of hoof conditions including hoof abscesses, puncture wounds, bruising, lost shoes, and cracked hooves. It is quick and easy to apply, and can be used over wet or dry poultices or on its own to protect the hoof while allowing it to breathe. The boot can be used for turn-out, although this is not advisable in deep mud. It is available in three sizes, with the largest suitable for hooves measuring approximately 14-20cm (5.5-8 inches) in width.
