Our Pure Linseed contains just one ingredient - micronized linseed - and nothing else! It is pre-cooked at a high temperature through a micronizing process, making it both palatable and convenient to feed. It is high in omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, which helps to maintain healthy skin condition and produces a glossy coat. Pure Linseed has a high oil content and low levels of starch and sugar, making it a great top-up feed for horses. It can be beneficial for horses in work, older horses needing to gain or maintain bodyweight, and laminitics who require low-starch feeding options. Feeding rate: 100g per day for a pony and 200g per day for a horse.
